Cardiac Surgery OR (CSOR)
Our Cardiac Surgery OR (CSOR) unit is small and close-knit; colleagues become like family. Our team includes 1st assistants, residents, APPs nurses, and surg techs.
- We have two Operating Rooms plus a hybrid OR. Our CSOR unit works hand and hand with CSICU.
- CSOR RNs perform vascular and cardiovascular procedures, including CABGs, bowel replacements, and TAVRs.
- CSOR RNs work four 10-hour shifts each week and are On Call every 3-4 days.
- On Call rate is $4/hr
- Call Back rate (if you leave and get called back in) is $15/hr
Successful candidates for Cardiac OR positions will have a minimum of 1 year of OR experience before applying. We will also accept RNs with experience in Vascular/Heart and Main OR.
